yes some roses in the kitchen today, just a date in life that i remember, lots of memories.
also in the kitchen were some mixed lettuce leaves from my home grown pots, given to me by my 'bin friends', frederick and julia, we compared plants last week and julia went home and gave hers a good talking too
it is great to just walk out the door and pick a few leaves when you want them, can't get fresher than that.
now some of the sewing this week, not all mine, after sewing on saturday there were lots of things to see, these following ones are patterns from 'mrs sew and so', there is a link to the website on my side bar if you want to buy a pattern.
beverley's foot stool finished and another version to be made up as a cushion
and this other pattern as a cushion
and this will be made into a lovely bag
out in the garden today i also noticed the wonderful patterns of the flap jacks and the colours were amazing, nature at its best
love those new soft greens tinged with mauve and the red and the orange
and now to bed
this is finished and on the bed
lots of colour and very scrappy, but lots of enjoyment, each and every little stitch
and the moon was close to earth this week
i just snapped this and i think i just about middled it
and the beautiful colours of this sedam
